Where evidence submitted in a PRRA application raises a serious issue of the applicantโs credibility and is directly related to the factors set out in ๐ด๐ด.96 ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ 97 ๐ฐ๐ง ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐๐๐๐, an oral hearing is required. Also, where the evidence is central to the decision โ if accepted, and would potentially justify allowing the PRRA application an oral hearing must be held.
